Quantity surveying roles make up much of our work. Good QSs are hard to find in the North East, and the best ones are usually happy where they are. Reaching them takes a recruiter they already trust, who can explain a role properly and won’t waste their time.

Quantity surveyor salaries in the North East
QS salaries depend on sector, seniority and package, and contractor roles usually add a car or car allowance, pension and other benefits on top of base salary. As one example, a quantity surveyor and senior quantity surveyor role we advertised for a residential civils contractor in Middlesbrough offered £45,000 to £65,000.
